Individual Nutrition is an exciting new company to help people enjoy nutritious meals and meet their health goals without the hassle of planning, shopping, cooking, and cleaning themselves.  Customers will be able to choose the meal plan that best fits their needs with weekly pick up at convenient locations and relatively inexpensive options.  Meals will be made fresh weekly and packaged individually with a rotating menu that uses fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Individual Nutrition LLC allows you more time for the things you love while still meeting nutritional needs and meeting the goals you set. We take the planning, shopping, cooking and clean up off of your plate and onto ours. With multiple meal plans to choose from, whether you’re looking for eating out less, training for your next competition or anything in between, we can meet your nutritional needs! The Lean Meal Plan is between 300-375 Calories per meal and comes with 3 ounces of lean protein, 2 ounces of carbs and a generous helping of fresh seasonal vegetables.

Maintain Plan

The Maintain Meal Plan is our most popular plan and is between 350- 475 calories. This plan consists of a healthy balance of 4 ounces of protein, 3 ounces of carbs, and a generous portion of fresh seasonal vegetables.

Typically utilized for helping with weight gain, the High Carbohydrate Meal Plan is between 600-800 calories and comes with 4 ounces of protein, 8-10 ounces of carbs, and a generous helping of fresh, seasonal vegetables.

Typically utilized for high activity lifestyle or training, The Bulk Meal Plan comes with 6 ounces of protein, 3 ounces of carbs, and a generous helping of fresh seasonal vegetables.

The Vegetarian Meal Plan is a meat-free option packed with three ounces of carbs, 4 ounces of meatless protein and a generous helping of vegetables. The full meals run between 350-450 Calories.

Low Carbohydrate Plan
Low Carbohydrate Plan

The Low Carbohydrate Meal Plan cuts out the complex carbs and replaces them with even more fresh vegetables. The plan consists of 3 ounces of protein and a double portion of fresh seasonal vegetables. We include items such as cauliflower rice, vegetable made noodles, and more to help replace the complex carbs.
