Individual Nutrition is a local, mom-owned company designed to help people enjoy nutritious meals and meet their health goals without the hassle of planning, shopping, cooking, and cleaning themselves.  Customers are able to choose a meal plan that best fits their needs and budget with weekly delivery on Sundays or Mondays.  Meals are made fresh weekly and packaged individually with a rotating menu that uses fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Individual Nutrition provides you more time for the things you love while still meeting the nutritional needs and dietary goals you set. We take the planning, shopping, cooking, and clean-up off of your plate and onto ours. With multiple meal plans to choose from, whether you’re looking to eat out less, are training for your next competition, or anything in between, we can meet your nutritional needs!
