Account & Billing
Your account will be charged on the same day every week as the day you initially placed your order.
We offer both A la Carte and subscription options!
If you wish to pause your account or cancel, simply login, go to “My Account”, click “My Subscriptions” . From there you will see you have the option to “Pause” or “Cancel” your account. If you suspend your account, you will see that button then changes to the option to “Un Pause.” This is how you would make your account active again when you are ready. Your account will remain on pause until you choose to reactivate.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery times are as follows: Sundays from 12pm to 4pm. Mondays from 11am to 1pm. Meals must be picked by Friday afternoons for Sunday delivery that same week. Other delivery times can be arranged for the same delivery charge with prior contact to set up with the driver. Under special circumstances, we can arrange for your meals to be picked up.
