Your account will be charged on the same day every week as the day you initially placed your order.
The program is subscription-based and will automatically renew weekly, however, there is no obligation. You may place your order and then pause or cancel your account right away to ensure your subscription does not run. We are also available to help and happy to do so. If you wish to pause your account or cancel, simply login, go to "My Account", click "My Subscriptions" on the right-hand side of the screen. From there you will see you have the option to "Suspend" or "Cancel" your account. If you suspend your account, you will see that button then changes to the option to "Reactivate." This is how you would make your account active again when you are ready. Your account will remain on pause until you choose to reactivate.
To choose your meals follow the steps below: 1) Login 2) Click "My Account" 3) Press "Select Menu Items" 4) From here, the menu will populate and you will select your menu items/quantity of each. 5) After you have made selections, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "Add to my Weekly Order." 6) Click "View Cart" at the top of the screen. 7) Next click "Proceed to Checkout." 8) Finally, click "Submit my Menu Selection."
