At Individual Nutrition, our Lean Meal Plan is perfect for those who are looking for smaller portions, great for weight loss, looking to boost their metabolism, or for those who wish to order less take out. Our Lean Meal Plans’ quantity starts at five meals per week, but can be changed to as little or as many meals that you prefer!

Our unique lean meals consist of 275-375 calories and come with three ounces of lean protein, two ounces of carbs, and a generous helping of fresh seasonal vegetables.

All orders must be placed by noon on Friday whether you are picking your meals for your subscription or starting a new account.

Log into your online account each week to manage your plan, skip a week, and edit meals.
